Hand sketched time lapse for Fluke Networks

We recently completed the first in a series of commercials for longtime client Fluke Networks to drive cable installers to read a white paper on testing fiber optic cable. We teamed up with local artist John Bickley and shot time lapse footage of him sketching at roughly 1 frame every minute. We then edited two days worth of work in our studio into a :30 spot. After capturing the footage into a workstation came the tricky timing in After Effects, a bit of rotoscoping, clean-up and animation. Working with Market Development Manager, Mara White, was quite a pleasure.

Private Cloud Computing with Intel and Microsoft

Sierra Media teamed up with BuzzBee to create this two minute animated piece. It highlights the top benefits of private cloud solutions built on Intel and Microsoft technology.

Animated projects typically take a bit more finesse and creativity to complete because every idea and image must be created from the ground up. We worked with Tim Turner for compositing and 3D, writers Erin Shea and Bruce Requa of BuzzBee, and producer/director Daniel Cardenas. Soundtrack done by Mark Cardenas.
