Intel Service Manager

For this project we took a different approach. We brought in the talents of motion graphics artist, Goldie Jones of Subversionz to create an animated info graphic to help with the Intel/Microsoft co-branded piece. This project was shot in and around our office and in our studio. DP- Steven Bradford, whom I have worked with for over 15 years, brought his extensive wealth of knowledge and expertise in creating the back plates that eventually became the composited images of the users and their screens. Compositor extraordinaire Tim Turner was brought in to pull the tracking in After Effects. We did Camtasia screen captures of a demo of the software, exported to Quicktime and I pulled it all together in Final Cut Pro. And of course Mark Cardenas did the original soundtrack work.
One of the hardest and most time consuming parts of the edit was getting the timing right in the shots where two screens are composited over the live footage with Camtasia screen capture. Some of the footage is sped up 500% and some is played back at half speed. In the end, the project was delivered and the client was happy.
